What kind of guidance do you offer?
We offer symbolic, reflective astrological guidance based on natal charts, planetary transits, and astrological timing. Our readings are written and delivered by email, and are designed to offer perspective, insight, and a richer understanding of the themes active in your life — not predictions or definitive answers.
Do I need to provide my birth date?
For natal chart-based readings (Personal Birth Insight, Lucky Star Interpretation, Career & Path, and Love & Relationship readings), your birth date, birth time, and birth location are helpful. If you do not have your birth time, we can still work with a solar chart based on your date and place of birth. For general guidance readings, a birth date alone may be sufficient — we will let you know what we need when you enquire.
Are readings predictive or reflective?
Our readings are reflective and symbolic. We do not make specific predictions about future events, and we do not claim to know what will happen. We work with the language of astrology as a symbolic system — one that can offer meaningful insight into patterns, timing, and themes — but we always present this as perspective for your consideration, not as fixed truth.
Is my information kept private?
Yes, completely. Everything you share with us — your name, birth details, personal circumstances, and the content of your reading — is treated with full discretion. How do I request a reading?
Simply visit our Contact page and fill in the enquiry form. Select the type of reading you are interested in, share a little about what you are seeking, and include any relevant details such as birth date and time if you have them. We will respond within 1–2 business days with confirmation and any further information we may need to prepare your reading.
How long does it take to receive my reading?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days. Completed readings are typically delivered within 3–5 business days of your enquiry being confirmed. If we anticipate any delay — for example during high-demand periods — we will always communicate this clearly and in advance.
Can I ask about love, work, or timing specifically?
Yes. Our readings are designed to address specific areas of life, and you are welcome to focus your enquiry on love and relationships, career and vocation, timing and transitions, or general life clarity. If you have a particular question in mind, please share it in your enquiry — the more context you provide, the more personally relevant your reading will be.
Is this a replacement for professional advice?
No. Our readings are offered for personal reflection, symbolic insight, and self-understanding. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are facing a serious personal, health, or legal matter, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional support. Astrological guidance is a complement to your own judgment and professional help — never a replacement for it.
What if I don’t know my birth time?
Birth time affects house placements and the Moon’s position in a chart, but we can still offer meaningful readings without it. We use a solar chart method when birth time is unknown — placing the sun on the ascendant — which gives a solid symbolic foundation. Please mention in your enquiry if you do not have this detail and we will work with what is available.
What should I expect from a reading?
A thoughtful, personally addressed written response — clear, considered, and free of jargon. We do not send generic reports. Each reading is written specifically for you and your chart, in response to your question or area of focus. Readings are delivered by email and are intended to be read in a quiet moment, with space for reflection.
